Huntsman Spiders

Superfamily Sparassoidea

Huntsman spiders are separated from the rest of the spiders in having the limbs facing forward, like a crab. Their eyes are arranged in two rows of four. Some of them are so large that they are mistaken as Tarantulas. Some of them have hairy legs.
